Can they really be stupid enough to indict a person who has the evidence ? It could not be more obvious on that recorded call with Raffensberger, that President Trump was giving them a chance to come clean. He was ticking off crimes that were being committed and they feigned ignorance.
Furthermore, how do you indict the Chief Magistrate of the nation for merely asking probing questions? And doesn’t it alarm any of them that someone was allowed to record and leak a phone call with the President of the United States? The only way that could happen is if the President’s team allowed it. There is no way the President’s team was unaware the conversation was being recorded.
It was Raffensberger who was recording from his office. Trump recorded it from his end too.
Raffensberger used cut and pasted clips when he leaked the info publicly. Trump released the entire recording, which vindicated him against Raffensberger's false allegation, who was bearing false witness against a sitting POTUS.
The POTUS is not a magistrate, period. You're confusing the Judicial Branch with the Executive Branch.
I thought it was a young lady named Jordan Fuchs in Raffensbergers office. Didn’t the Washington Post print a retraction on the story about the call and out her in the process?
