What is the difference between a Minor attracted person and someone who acts on that attraction.

If there really was a study I would bet it was framed in a way to suggest someone who is attracted to just barely minors but does not act on it.

for sure. I would bet that most Democrats would not be tolerant with MAPs messing with little kids.

It would be a big wake up call for them to realize that the Dem leaders are okay with it.
