One is the Biden we use to see around, the other one is a man with a mask of Biden. Pay attention to his eye sockets he doesn’t have deep eye sockets. To me it’s an actor with a mask and a deep fake
Looks like the same guy to me. Hair combed differently (towards left vs right). Guy on our left was the same one who fist bumped the SA leader son - same bald patch if you look at that photo. Also, look at the nose and frown marks in these two photos - and a 'divot' following his left outer eye socket. Unless they are using prosthetics, cannot get all of the wrinkles and folds in that nose and skin by just a 'close' double. Ears are the same - chin dimple the same, etc. Yes, high on something, Adderall a good guess. Or meth ... by looking at 'what' he's saying in addition to 'how' he's saying it. (TLDR - I just think 2 different 'stylists' are grooming him for the camera)
