What probably happened is they gave the shares to the wrong person.
Contrary to all the bullshit about this, the EX Date MEANS something.
All the divident shares in germany disappeared from people's acc. On Friday. They clearly were not real divident shares issued by the company,they just split people's shares......
So they are either really stupid or they are criminals or both.
