Bingo. Toxic femininity is more like it. I see it in elementary schools especially. There are hardly any men in the classrooms, or administration. The most prominent man? The janitor, in most cases. The same man most children mock. Then there are the young, female teachers who have no children themselves, and have no clue how little boys act in their natural state. Boys SHOULD be energetic, explorative, and trying to see how things go together. They don't sit still, and were never meant to. The young women teachers see this as toxic to their precious little classroom, so they do their best to get the little boys diagnosed and medicated, so they can "teach" more easily.
So, these little boys often get little to no guidance from males, and the schools have no clue how to deal with little masculine boys. It's a recipe for disaster. The kind of disaster we are currently witnessing.
This is why there used to be all boys and all girls education. Boys and girls are different. Duh! Both mature differently and both learn differently. The differences are there for a reason, placed there by God, and those differences should be honored and supported - not demeaned and negated in order to form some kind of ridiculous homogenization that destroys what is good in both.
In the beginning God formed Adam from the dust of the earth and blew God's spirit of life into Adam. He created "them" in Adam/him. God then took what was female from Adam and made Eve. What remained in Adam was male. Like Babel, man once again is trying to one up God in order to make a name for himself by coming up with all of this social engineering abomination. I pray that in this parallel, or new, society and economy we are making going forward, we can rediscover a system of education that works for both our boys and our girls, that gives each what they need without destroying or dominating the other.
What is really toxic to our society is the emasculation of men.
