Anyone have any interesting remedies for constant muscle tension? Experiencing a lot in wrists/forearms and feet/calves.
Glad to know I'm not the only one. I recently bought a JX home gym and have decided to get back down to my boxing weight. I miss the rush of getting a good workout and hitting the heavy bag. I think one way to get rid of the tension. Boxers can tell you about "being in the zone."
Magnesium. I have really tight muscles and taking it helps a lot.
Rife frequencies. Works like a charm. and maybe a banana or two for the potassium.
Magnesium might help for tense /sore muscles.
