Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the presidential term limits passed under USA inc.? Trump declared USA inc bankrupt and a Florida judge approved it in jan 2020 I believe. And now we are technically living under our original republic, in which there were no term limits for president. If im wrong someone please correct me.

It would still not make good optics. There is an election coming up in 2024. He has to win that without cheating. Many might see that as cheating. There would be no reason for President Trump to get back into office before Jan.
