As in the Atlantic Council that funded Democrat staffer trip to Ukraine in August right before impeachment hoax #2 (or was that #1...I get mixed up there were too many hoaxes).

Seriously, there were as many hoaxes as there were conspiracy theories.

Makes one wonder if there were no hoaxes, would there be no conspiracy theories...hmmm.
