Same story for most of the world. They only like the U.S when they stand to gain something. Other then that it’s either outright dislike or a hatred/dislike veiled behind double meanings and a skin deep outward appearance of friendliness.
Probably only a handful of countries who have a genuine opinion on the U.S that isn’t dependent on what the United States is giving them or doing for them.
