Because hypochondria is no longer a mental illness.

Edit: there was a time when obsessing about illness without symptoms and requesting tests until you’re positive…. Was deemed a mental disorder.

Everyone who has “tested” positive has no symptoms. First ever where you don’t show signs of illness. Asymptomatic illness is made up bullshit.
