Find a tree and a rope. The really twisted thing is the way the “child protection” set up is in the Uk, if you argue with your kid about this they could go moan about it to a teacher or similar and then be referred to a social worker who could remove your child from your care for “inflicting emotional harm”. Then you lose any say in what “treatment” they’re given. Totally depends on the attitude of the “professionals” your kid encounters.
We’ve walked this tightrope with our ASD daughter for 7 years. Girls with ASD are prone to depression mood swings and mental health problems. The trans ideology preys on this to warp the girls minds because autistic kids struggle with puberty and the changes it brings. By managing to encourage her to question everything they were feeling and were shown by their “friends” online our kid has hopefully started to come out of this. We managed to keep them off the medical radar and they’ve seen “friends” given testosterone who have become aggressive assholes and it scared them. I pray that my beautiful autistic brilliant girl will make her peace with her body and go on to a happier life.
I used to work in Social Services, and 'trans' was unheard of until the last 5 years or so. Then it started, 1 at first oh OK a one-off you'd think, then another, then another... and now it's rife. Like you say, especially amongst children on the spectrum, and also another common denominator is the youngsters being in care. I never got to the bottom of who was propagandising all the trans crap at them and moreover, how they were getting to them. Prayers and thoughts for your daughter.
