In Atlanta, remember, extra ballots were driven in vans directly to the tabulation center.

Yup.

And now that the postal system has a dedicated division for mail-in ballots, they "potentially" have another, (mostly) unmonitored way to eliminate "undesirable" ballots and to get "desirable" or replacement ballots into the counts.
