Belleville is a wonderful small town and county seat of Austin County. It is an hour or so drive from Houston. In April, it is one of the first places folks go to see the Texas bluebonnets before heading out to Chappell Hill and Brenham.
Make sure to visit the Blue Bell Creamery in Brenham for the best ice cream in the world (hear that Pelosi!) after your burger! 🍦
