Can't see anything on this video except the buildings and trees, what's up with that?
Sounds like the lower half of the clip is cropped out based on your display or resolution or something about your device/browser. Maybe try opening the catbox file in its own tab rather than showing it embedded in this post?

I'm on mobile, same thing happens to me if I watch it from the .Win website. I click the OPs catbox link and it allows me to watch the the video properly.
I had to open the link in its own tab to have it show full screen.

On mobile, click all the way into the video. Viewing it from the front page or post is cropping it, but you should be able to view it by clicking all the way into it.
I just rotated my mobile phone and when the screen renders again the video is full length.
