The military has been pushing vaccines on troops that they try to pass off as FDA approved when they are definitely not approved. They are authorized under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA). This gives them special status as a product that can be fast-tracked and results in no liability to the maker or the person who administers the product. However, part of the rules allowing the EUA state that these products cannot be mandated. That is the situation the military is faced with. That's why they're lying their asses off trying to pretend the shots are FDA approved when they are really just EUA authorized.

A side note: It has been over 2 years now. How the hell is this still an emergency and why are these products allowed to remain as an emergency use product for so long? There should be plenty of data to either get FDA approval or reject them at this point. They're abusing the EUA system to avoid liability issues while making a shitload of money.
