I think everyone is still missing the most important question!

AFTER 1/6 we had the Nat Guard in DC building a prison AROUND CONGRESS.

WHO ORDERED THAT?

Pretty sure it wasn't Bowser or Pelosi, right? (afaik)

So, if Trump couldn't lawfully order Nat Guard into DC the day before, then WHAT CHANGED?

Answer: He signed the Insurrection Act.
