I am not sure that would be enough to make a difference. I think there are around four million people on the Federal payroll. About half will be the Military but I think that would take 400,000 years to replace half of them with an election every two years. Nature works faster than that!

We get to vote on keeping the Superior (county) Court judges. No one has a clue about them and many people just skip that whole section.
