My guess is it's not just about Nazis firing people but also the beginning of a depopulation event . Worker shortages everywhere which doesn't jive with a recession
I have a friend who owns and runs a UPS store. She told me the reason stores are having staffing problems is that when ONE person tests positive, EVERYONE flips out and stays home. Even if EVERYONE is fine and nobody is actually sick. How they pay their bills, I don't know. I have to work, sick or not.
Retards are afraid. Behaving irrationally.
Over here, it's constantly changing mandates for workers.
One day it's mask free, and the next, every store in the area is back to demanding all their workers wear mask and do temp checks and etc. etc.
You can't fight it, because it's a big business that complains it'll get "fined" for worker non-compliance, so they are constantly on your ass about it.
People are pissed off, and refusing to work because of all the bullshit, and I don't blame them (And also, people don't realize the amount of stay at home jobs that opened up, that are easy af, and only require you to make phone calls all day. A lot of people moved to that model)
You bring up a really interesting point here, REL. This is a very unusual recession in that we have a worker shortage.
Some part of that is that there's still a lot of people being paid more by the government to sit home than what they'd make working a job.
But how much of this worker shortage is due to Jab deaths and injuries? Based on the data that while still murky, is slowly taking shape, adult working-age males seem to be hardest hit with jab deaths and injuries. Take 1% of men aged 23-60 out of the workforce, and you've got a serious worker shortage on your hands.
Bravo, REL. I had not considered this as a possible component of the worker shortage
Or the updated jobs statistics.
Opposing economic metric not so easily explained away.
Wonder how many will blindly stumble thru it, never connecting the dots, while having one foot in the grave.
Cheap ass sugar dyed brown.
Go into any grocery store in the middle of the week, middle of the day. The time when everyone was at work except the retired folks and stay at home moms or dads. The place will be packed with young, working age people who are, obviously, not working. Often you'll see whole families - parents and children. It's what used to be the after 5 pm and weekends crowd. There's your missing workforce.
Meanwhile, the grocery store is now staffed with 75 year old retirees forced out of retirement by inflation. This is all thanks to Biden.
