On March 6–7, 2013, Paul engaged in a filibuster to delay voting on the nomination of John O. Brennan as the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency. Paul questioned the Obama administration's use of drones and the stated legal justification for their potential use within the United States. Paul held the floor for 12 hours and 52 minutes.
In March 2013, Paul, with Senators Ted Cruz and Mike Lee, threatened another filibuster, this one opposing any legislative proposals to expand federal gun control measures.
In the beginning of 2015, Senator Paul re-introduced the Federal Reserve Transparency Act.[144] Paul also introduced the FAIR Act, or Fifth Amendment Integrity Restoration Act, which would restrict civil forfeiture proceedings.[145] Paul spoke for ten and a half hours on May 20, 2015, in opposition to the reauthorization of Section 215 of the Patriot Act.[146][147] Sections of the Patriot Act were prevented from being reauthorized on June 1.
How many other senators have stood this many times for your Constitution? We got some short memories around here.
The Paul family is one of the good ones
Some id10t from the Libertarian party had a 'meme' on Paul that lumped him in with Clinton, and Bush. Another one on the Twitter Account both mocked Paul and downplayed the Antifa attack event. Justin Amash, who had switched to the LP, defended Rand Paul and apologized on behalf of the LP. BTW, Ron Paul is a Life long member of the LP.

A Libertarian comedian, Dave Smith, responded to this as well:
