Under devolution, there is no White House. Under devolution, the functions of the Administration have been devolved to the various branches of the military responsible to maintain continuity of government (if devolution has actually been implemented).

So, under devo, there's no current president. But everyone knows that DJT don't need to be in office to be the President. He carries the dignity and the dedication and the service of the President, whether in office or not. IMO.
