RICO seems like a good option to me. Also, I have to wonder if maybe they already Have started the process.. sealed indictments anyone? I've read here on gaw that there are a lot sitting out there. This gives me more hope.

Yes, there are sealed indictments. But those indictments could be for all kinds of things not related to any of this. Plus, I do not think they would just keep those indictments hanging out there due to statues. Sooner or later, they have to be processed. I am just hoping that Durham is working on something bigger than Clinesmith process stuff - even though he should have been charged with much worse. Same thing with the last criminal, Sussman, that got to walk.
