THIS RAID WAS TWO-FOLD IN THE BIG STING OPERATION.
TRUMP IS THE BAIT TO EXPOSE THE CORRUPT DOJ & FBI DEEP STATE PLAYERS
IT SETS A PRECEDENCE TO GO AFTER OBAMA, BIDEN, BILL CLINTON, HILLARY CLINTON, BIDEN-POST ADMIN/OFFICE, BUSH/CHENEY and all other corrupt heads of state! IN THE SAME MANNER!
REMEMBER; Trump said 'Fast & Swift'
WE'RE WATCHING A MOVIE, FOLKS...
Your first statement is true. But your second however, has a huge problem. Kash Patel responded to a question during an interview when he was asked about all those swamp creatures and whether Trump was going to take care of business after getting back in office. Patel worked at the Bureau so he knows how the game is played. I could tell he didn't want to say what he was getting ready to state, because it is not what we want to hear. He said that it would be very difficult to bring any of them up on charges involving the Russia Gate and Crossfire stuff because of the statute of limitations. Unless a crime continues to be ongoing, those criminals will have basically outrun the statues for many of their crimes under the Federal statutes. The interviewer asked him if they were going to get away with what they did. Patel basically said yes, that it seems that way. Unless of course, they could be found to still be engaging in criminal activity.
This has always been their MO. Pardon as many as possible and then the rest run out the statutes. That is what Bush senior did over Iran-Contra. I guess if any charges were going to be filed against Bush, they would have to be filed in FL and his son Jebb was governor at the time. So he was home free. Those bastards have basically pulled this off again and it could explain why they are all acting so brazen right now. They know that they have all gotten away with much of what they did. This is what I worry about with Durham. The clock has been running and by the time he is finished, everything he has done will simply end up being a report. Treason charges would be the only thing that could possibly be thrown at them at this point. We can only hope.
Unless..... this set up was designed to get them on new charges that are then related to the old ones. That would be an interesting twist to the story.
Doesn't Q have video evidence of all these swamp monsters raping and murdering children?
There's no statue of limitations on that.
What is taking so long to just use that and execute all these criminals?
Even with that, I do believe there are jurisdictional issues. If these crimes took place outside the US, it is not a US matter. If they took place in the US, then they have to be charged by a court that has jurisdiction over the matter. If in a state, then a state court. If crimes involved crossing state lines, then the Federal court system that has jurisdiction over that matter. This is why people like Epstein took his business off on some island where the country can be bought off to look the other way. It makes it all much harder to pin crimes on them.
People like that may be convicted in the courts of public opinion, but trying to haul them into a criminal court that has jurisdiction, is not easy. That is why even with Ghislaine, they went after trafficking charges and things of that nature. With mobsters they had to use the tax laws and RICO to finally nail them despite all the heinous things they were known to have done. (Which by the way, Durham specializes in these types of cases. That is why he was picked.)
We were also told by Q that a great deal of that stuff would never see the light of day - most of it being used for blackmail purposes I am sure. So, I wonder by what means these people will finally see justice. As much as would like to many of them hang here, I do know that ultimately they will answer for their crimes - and the punishment the Almighty will dole out will be far more intense than anything we could ever do to them.
