I have one in the shop and we use it often. Im a contractor and an engineer. I am fully versed in plasma cutters.
My point was that it is just as easy to bring a Dewalt cutoff saw with a couple 10AH flex volt batteries to do the same job. We use them to cut rebar on site all the time. And they can be carried in one hand, have their own power supply and are cheap.
A battery powered cutoff saw wouldnt take much longer.
You have never used a plasma cutter..
They are real world light sabers.
I have a 60amp that will cut 1/2" steel all day long.
Sheet metal almost as fast as you can move your hand.
