Excerpt from United States Senate document #264:
"It is bad news to learn from our leading authorities that 99 percent of the American people are deficient in these minerals, and that a marked deficiency in any one or more of the important minerals actually results in disease. Any upset of the balance, any considerable lack of one or another element, however microscopic the body requirement may be, and we sicken, suffer, shorten our lives."
Learning how to manage a cow-calf operation has revealed that 99% of modern medicine is marketing.
Eating the foods you are meant to eat, getting the nutrients you need, solves every health problem.
Yes a long time ago they tried to say milk was bad for you, and then it was eggs that were bad for you, and then it was butter.
Everything above was trying to be replaced by another form of itself. All bad for you. Also, there’s been a war on raw milk as well. That’s even supposed to be better for you then homogenized. But that’s an obvious issue, because store-bought milk has to be boiled first. Or pasteurized whatever you wanna call it.
Real butter is awesome. Ghee - clarified butter is even better for cooking because it has a higher cook point.
Homogenization kills the good stuff we need. Look into the research of Weston A. Price.
Edit: Pasteurization.
I know that. But to get raw milk, would mean you’d have to know somebody who is close by who actually owns a cow or a goat or something. I’m sure it could be done, but not in big cities. Yes homogenization screws up milk pretty bad
