I think you're thinking of the black antifa guy who was present when Babbit was either shot or part of a psyop. I think Epps is the loud old white guy who kept yelling for people to go into the building.

Right on both counts. John Sullivan is the antifa guy that got arrested. Rumor has it his father is in one of the 3-letter agencies.
