Yes, he knows how to use it! I don’t use it. He restores old apple/Mac computers and he has to use the stronger stuff. He also works with other stuff I wouldn’t and restores monitors. He wears gloves but didn’t have long sleeves on and as he was putting a case in it splattered on his arm. It is highly diluted too but he also has reactions to traditional (that’s what he started with but became too expensive…use more to less water as opposed to stronger with more water). However if he needs something pulled out I do it with gloves so he doesn’t risk it getting on him as he will blister but it doesn’t hurt me. Pretty cool process, completely restores old cases to new. He loads them with all sorts of programs and sells them to people who like the nostalgia. Best way to get the yellow out of plastic.
The stronger concentration of stuff is dangerous. Only get the 3% level offered OTC in drug stores unless you are well versed in handling it.
