Problem: How does an admin cleanse branches and agency's of bad actors? If able to, were all bad actors identified and removed? Even if able to, any president who performs such an action would be painted as a banana republic dictator doing dictator things. As you could imagine this plan wouldn't get very far.
Solution: Form an entirely new military branch with broad signals intel capabilities. By forming an entirely new branch Trump was able to hand pick leadership and key positions all under the cover of creating a brand new branch.
Results: A majority of all signals Intel moves through a competent, capable and loyal Space Force.
Solar flares are picking up lately. Maybe this is the storm we're waiting for.
