The use of the term Heiress would indicate the relation to Q is probably a parent-child type. Though it could be a mentor-student thing as well.
Though she could technically be considered an heiress if she was the heir and beneficiary of a husband’s estate. Though to my knowledge it’d be unusual for the term to be used in general conversation. With its use in this context typically relegated to official legal documents.
