I have never been vaxxed or tested. I only wore a mask once and regretted it. I filed a civil rights complaint against a state university along with 20 others and won. I currently have an ongoing civil rights complaint against a hospital system over vax and testing requirements. Their attorney just offered a settlement yesterday. Use the system against the system. That’s what the left has done for decades.
You should make a post detailing this situation! I'm sure a lot of frens here would love to read about your journey and the techniques you used.
Zinc+D+horsepaste -- no mask, never vaccinated, never covid (so far and I have been around it)
The mRNA is the biggest criminal scam the world has ever seen.
I just made a formal complaint to the Ohio Civil Rights Commission. It is far less complicated than the court system and you just have to document the situation and use their policy against them. I don't know how it works in other states, but every state does have it's own Civil Rights Commission.
Thanks! How long did it take for them to make the determination that you'd won?
From filing until judgment to the final appeal decision took about 14 months. It was all within the State Civil Rights Commission system.
Bourla said that he had NOT been vaccinated for the longest time.
I read somewhere that Pfizer did not require the jab for their employees. Can anyone verify this?
I've seen that a bunch of places.
You're fortunate where you are you can still get a fair hearing in court. And as long as you can, you should absolutely make use of that right. Unfortunately, there are places where the courts themselves are so infiltrated, they will either punt the cases or dismiss them. Many parts of Canada are like this.
Right now, I only use the Ohio Civil Rights Commission. Once they decide in favor of the charging party, the charged party is willing to negotiate to keep it out of the courts. The best thing about this is I have a lot of true Covid data admitted to a public record that can be used as a reference in other cases, and after the university win, a precedent has been set that is also referred to.
You win the Internet today!!
I handled my case exclusively through the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and it didn't cost me a dime. The state AG spent several man-hours with 5 of their attorneys in a losing effort.
