Right? I don't get how this can be abused so easily. I moved to Japan 10 years ago and haven't spent much time at all in the USA since then. I can't even recognize my own culture anymore. To think that YouTube gamers can get swatted so easily during a gaming live stream or even Tim Pool is incredulous. How on earth can they get the SWAT team activated and involved with breaching someone's home without verifying the validity of the claims from some random doofus over the phone? How can they not trace back and punish the person for doing the prank?
Not only that, but a random distressful phone call from an anonymous source is not grounds to break and enter a home.

I don't understand why they can't track the phone call in real time and discern whether or not it's legit based on geographical data.
The idea that they just "have to go in guns blazing because they got a phone call" is absurd.
Because the corporate laws are not the Constitutional laws. Our constitution was clearly suspended in 2001 4 days after 911.
local adherence to the Constitution is all you can hope for and soros has taken care of that in many places with his hired prosecutors.
Gotta stand on your rights and hold your sheriff accountable to the document.
That's interesting,never heard that one.
The brown shirts don't give a flying fuck about the Constitution or Bill of Rights. They see it as a hindrance to their "job" and their "authoritah."
They are the standing army the Founders warned us about.
