Right? I don't get how this can be abused so easily. I moved to Japan 10 years ago and haven't spent much time at all in the USA since then. I can't even recognize my own culture anymore. To think that YouTube gamers can get swatted so easily during a gaming live stream or even Tim Pool is incredulous. How on earth can they get the SWAT team activated and involved with breaching someone's home without verifying the validity of the claims from some random doofus over the phone? How can they not trace back and punish the person for doing the prank?
Not only that, but a random distressful phone call from an anonymous source is not grounds to break and enter a home.

I don't understand why they can't track the phone call in real time and discern whether or not it's legit based on geographical data.
The idea that they just "have to go in guns blazing because they got a phone call" is absurd.
