A web search indicates this is the address of a law firm called Cogency Global. This firm probably filed the articles of incorporation for Terramar and Dominion. Highly unlikely this is the address for both organizations.
There are companies that essentially act as your legal proxy when it comes to corporations. Like some states require a registered agent to be inside the state itself for official communications. These people basically forward mail or do whatever you need them to.
