Plaintiff Montgomery has since been the victim of multiple hacking attempts
against his home and business computers from Defendants, each and every one of them.
Upon tracing the IP addresses of the origination of the hacking attempts, Plaintiff Montgomery discovered that numerous attempts also came from the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information Systems office in Clarksburg, West Virginia.
Upon tracing the IP addresses of the origination of the hacking attempts, Plaintiff Montgomery discovered that numerous attempts also came from the the Department ofDefense’s Network Information Center in Columbus, Ohio.
Upon tracing the IP addresses of the origination of the hacking attempts, Plaintiff Montgomery discovered that numerous attempts also came from the the CIA in Washington, DC.
In March of 2017, Plaintiff Montgomery was also notified that his Apple account was hacked. Upon tracing the IP addresses of the origination of the hacking attempts, Plaintiff Montgomery discovered that the attempt came from the CIA in Langley, Virginia.

Well he claims to be tracing the IP address. The process for that is pretty straightforward if you are working with the internet provider and the source service. So to find that is came from the CIA in Washington, DC - that's a very specific building - he would need direct access to the private information in the possession of Spectrum or whoever the internet service provider is, Gmail or his email host, and the website host.
What most likely happened is he looked at the logs on his website that stores IP addresses of visitors and ran them using a basic IP tool. A lot of site providers have offices based in VA outside of DC, so the static IP will show up as there. I just looked up my own IP and it showed I was based in Alexandria, even though my actual home is in rural NC.

I don't understand 47, how would he trace origination of the hacking attempts on his Apple account without Apple support?
Those are Apple hosted networks.

You are responding to the other hack attempts. There is no way I know of he could trace the Apple hack without Apple's support.
Yeah, that is correct, and Apple has denied the government many times on that.
