I agree with most but the last line. Women don't beat each other to death, men do. It is very rare for a women to be able to do that, and in most cases they have to use a tool. Men are physically stronger then women, that's just a fact. The reason she probably added that statement was because she was talking about when men enter female prisons because they "feel" like women. If a man were to fight a woman in prison, the woman is going to be fucked up for life or dead. Allowing men to be in female prisons is putting the female prisoners life in danger.
Pretty sure I’ve read a stat before that lesbian relationships have the highest rate of domestic violence, with gay relationships having the lowest rate (normal relationships fall somewhere in between). Not an endorsement of homosexuality in the slightest, but it destroys the narrative that men exclusively engage in violent behavior.
And that’s not including all the times straight men are struck by their wives and don’t report it out of shame. Definitely skews the stats in that department.
How many of those cases of female domestic violence have you heard of a woman beating someone to death? I'm not saying women aren't violent or that they can't be, but in terms of physical strength and ability, a man could easily kill someone with their bare hands. I grew up with brothers and sisters, and I can definitely confirm that I was hurt physically more frequently from my sister then my brothers. However, when my brothers did hurt me, I was significantly more hurt then when it was my sister.
Men are physically stronger then women and shouldn't be put in a female prison, just because they "feel" like a woman. That was my overall point, and I made myself very clear in the comment you're replying to.
The greatest violence in all relationships is committed by female-female partners, where she gets the idea that women don't murder each other I don't know.
Not what she said- she spoke about prison experience and was specifically calling out BEATING each other to death. Which is true. Women who kill use tools, whether poison or knives or cars... They will beat each other up, but generally not to death.
