I thought I saw an article posted on GAW that struck down the mandate, can't recall if it was DC Supreme Court or Circuit Court. I did searches with different terms and can't find it. Wouldn't be the first time I thought I saw something that wasn't there.
I thought that was the mandate for city workers but you might be right. So many unconstitutional decisions.
Found it, and you are correct. It was for city workers not students. How this doesn't apply to students is appalling, and of course the families who'll be impacted won't have the means to fight it.

I predict this will go the way of the mandatory vaccination but will also result in increased calls for portable(choose your own school) education funding.
I guess that means none of the illegal migrants will be allowed in school. Maybe she feels safer with them hanging around on the street corners.
This is an excellent way to get students out of propaganda-laden public schools and into private schools or homeschooling. Bravo!
