For anyone who has chronic allergies, constipation, brain fog, excess mucus, I would suggest to go gluten free for a month, and see how you feel. Just try it, it can be hard, we all love our fresh bread. The gluten free products are available now, where they were not 25 years ago when I tried it. As a person of modest means, my diet was heavy on the pasta, and who doesn't like noodles? I survived. When I "cheat" I can expect indigestion, more pain in my joints, and sluggish energy. Try it, get off the wheat belly express.
In her place I would look at homeopathy...acting on the same principle as memory/water homeopathy can get outstanding results
