Why are things happening on the weekend, isn't that unusual? (Rulings, verdicts)

Why would the judge make a decision about mar a lago on a Saturday? I feel like i can take a news break on the weekend and things seem to steadily come out no matter what day it is. Is that odd?

If news wasn't constantly fabricated, it wouldn't be unusual at all to see breaking development on a weekend. But since we live in peak clown world, yes, it's a bit strange.

No. It's not odd. Lots of Court going on all the time when time is of the essence and you need a court order....now.
