In the video, Derek suggests that the constitution comes after the base of our military's law and was created 12 years after the origins of our military. There were 7 years of revolutionary war followed by another 5 years of thinking it through before the constitution. Our military, more specifically, key Generals in our military, are currently carrying this country on the authority of pre-constitution laws. It is possible that everything added after the incorporation of 1871 will be re-visited and it is also a possibility that Trump and company will recognize he's 6 years into 8 and he may not actually run again. I like to think that the good guys pulling this off in the background are doing it lawfully in as gentle of a way as they can so as to maintain peace in the world and especially in our streets.
