If you look at all the violations and crimes Big Pharma has committed over the years, and if you look at a private business that violates one rule, they get shut down. This is not so with Big Pharma though. They continue to be teflon to government intercession.

I hope you are right. Big Pharma is tied very closely to the fractional reserve banking system. They have been too big to be brought down.

It appears the FDA is reauthorizing the EAU. When the Secretary of HHS (Xavier Becerra) declares that an emergency use authorization is appropriate, FDA may authorize unapproved medical products or unapproved uses of approved medical products to be used in an emergency to diagnose, treat, or prevent serious or life-threatening diseases or conditions caused by chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) threats including infectious diseases. An EAU is authorized when certain criteria are met, including** there are no adequate, approved, and available alternatives.**

The HHS declaration to support such use must be based on one of 4 types of determinations of threats or potential threats by the Secretary of HHS, Homeland Security, or Defense.

Note that a determination under section 319 of the Public Health Service Act that a public health emergency exists, such as the one issued on January 31, 2020, does not enable FDA to issue EUAs. On February 4, 2020, the HHS Secretary (Xavier Becerra) determined that there is a public health emergency that has a significant potential to affect national security or the health and security of United States citizens living abroad, and that involves the virus that causes COVID-19.

Xavier Becerra has been reauthorizing the FDA to reissue the EAU.

How does one stop the EAU from being reissued? I don't know right off hand. There must be a limiting statute. No emergency order can continue into perpetuity. State governments have limitations on how long a medical emergency can last before it goes before its legislature for its extension. Does Congress have this same role? I don't know. If Repubs take control of Congress, they would have a probable means to end it.

There is always more than one way to skin a cat too. Dr. David Martin has filed suit in Utah regarding a crime against humanity. I don't know the details, but Martin has incontrovertible proof that SARS-Co-V2 is a gain of function pathogen that was developed for profit by 'certain' actors and heads of government.
