Trump is practicing The Art of War.

Who knows if Bill Barr is actually a bad guy. It makes no sense to call him out like this now when he could have done so long ago.

I see it as Trump creating distance between himself and Barr so that when Barr's role against the cabal is revealed, he won't look like he's just a Trump sycophant.
