My (super) basic understanding is... Government employees sign a contract and/or take an oath to be bound to the constitution. Constitution says people with this status, or whatevs, are subject to tribunals. I don't have that sauce, sorry, but it exists.

Democrats take another oath -- to the new world order -- according to Lori Lightfoot.

We should find out if there are records of those oaths and use them at their tribunals.
