I started taking them as soon as I got them. I feel relieved, sadly. I can’t help but feel relieved, guilty and also defeated because I let big pharma take hold of my mental health. It feels bad man. I want to taper off of them asap but I don’t know what I can replace my antidepressants with and I am terrified to have an episode again. Before I was medicated I was having episodes daily. They calmed down after I got an SSRI. 5 days without them and I had an episode and it was by far the worst breakdown I’ve had. I stressed my boyfriend out to the max because he was the one trying to calm me down. Feels really bad man.

It means so much to me guys, truly. I’m gonna get through this. I want to get off meds and try something natural.
As the above said, if you get off, wean off slowly. I will also say this, I have struggled with anxiety and depression for over 7 years and probably then some prior to. It has helped.me.and while I can't stand to take them, not taking them is not for me. No shame.either way, just need to find a place where happy is. Case in point, we adopted a kitten a month ago. It has had some raw spots on its.back.and paw. My mind goes over the cliff and says it must be ringworm, probably isn't and logically I know that but that anxiety/ depression takes.hold and creates a mess. If you ever need someone to chat with, I'd glad give you my contact information. It helps for me.to talk to others who empathize with a certain situation
St John's wort is natural and good for depression, but check it out with a herbalist, because it can interfere with other medications.
Also, get into some serious B vitamins, especially B12 and B6. Without them, you can have panic attacks. In fact, also take 10,000 IUs of vit D daily for a while to see if you are lacking that.
... and Cannabis, as some frens have pointed out.
DUDE!!! I totally forgot about St. John's. Great suggestion
NOTE: as good as St. John's Wort can be, it can also lead to liver issues, so be vigilante!
Micro dose magic mushrooms. Seem my long post for reference. God has given us natural remedies in creation that aren't big pharma chemical poison. Not only that but they're terrific for brain health and functionality
Where do I get them?
Good question. It's all about who you know and who your friends know. The amount of people who do that or MJ would surprise you. Or if you have a green thumb, get some spores and start growing them yourself. Spores are apparently easy to get ahold of, but growing takes a little time and lots of sanitation. If you're in a state where they're legal that makes it a lot easier for you. Or if you're close to a state that has them legalized then take a road trip and pick up a good amount to last you awhile. Realistically about 0.1-0.2 grams a day is all you would need to uplift your mood, so a gram would last you roughly 10 days. But everyone reacts different and a little experimenting would help you figure out the proper dosage. For me, who's a pretty big guy (6'3, 250) about 1.5-2g gets me to the trippy stage so dose accordingly. Also psylobin (scientific name for MM, can't remember how to spell it lol) is supposed to be great for brain health and keeps your neurons firing while you're using them in a positive way.
