Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.

I love coffee. That’s one thing I won’t give up but cutting out fructose, gluten helped tremendously with pain, anxiety, GI trouble, fatigue and most importantly- inflammation. You may notice you don’t feel so dependent on caffeine if you look at your diet and see what you could get rid of.
Also, fatigue is the first symptom of dehydration, not thirst. Make sure you’re getting plenty of water.
I’ve been to a lot of doctors at the VA and not one of them ever suggested a simple lifestyle change like this. I saw keto stuff everywhere and was opposed to it until I learned more and tried it myself. You don’t have to 100% jump on that bandwagon but sugar, gluten and soy and all kinds of chemicals are in almost every processed food you buy. Just cutting out beer helped my allergies and inflammation. But anyway, before this gets super long- hang in there. Coffee is fantastic, imho and you may want to try looking at your diet before worrying about the coffee.
