Sometimes, I get in a post that I wanna read that has soooo many stupid flipping responses. I don't finish reading all of them. And I feel like I could be missing out on some good and informative information.. smh.
This is what I do, I upvote each response after I finish reading them so even if I get interrupted and come back later I can go back and see what I had missed.

(2) Stay in, and hope that action is taken by the company before Thursday to buy more time ... AND ... enough shareholders can be convinced sometime in the next year to vote in favor ... AND ... the merger happens ... AND the stock price heads up from there.
IF the company liquidates on Thursday (I have no idea if it will or not), THEN will it have enough money to pay shareholders an equivalent of what the share price is right now if the stock is sold on the open market?

Woke up at 6:30 am to 89 degree heat already!
Lil' hard to stay frosty today, kek.
So I have a young lass currently staying in my granny flat out back on the farm. I said she could stay whilst she got herself sorted as she had the opportunity of a job in the town where I live. Anyway I have an electric hot water system in the flat that we switch on about half hour before wanting a shower and then switch it off as it draws a fair bit of power and we are on stand alone solar. Suited us as we've only previously used the flat for visitors that come to stay the weekend. I have a monitoring system on the solar so I can keep an eye on the battery level when I'm not home ( I can access it from anywhere ). Anyway come 5.30 pm I see it's chewing a heap of power from the grid and it's half hour until sundown ,so I messaged her and said did you forget to turn it off. No she says I switched it on so I could have a shower tonight. I explained to her when she started staying there a week ago that if she wanted a shower in the evening she would need to go over the house as it is on gas. Well last thing I needed was to finish work at 7 pm and come home and stuff around with a genset to get some power in my batteries so I don't run out of power overnight . Why don't people ever listen !!!! I also don't charge her rent or anything to stay there ,was just trying to do a kind thing so she could get on her feet . Very grumpy tonight and I don't like being grumpy.Sorry for the rant I'm just over people today.

It is generous of you to offer this lodging. Would be wise to agree on an end date before everyone gets too acclimated to the situation. The rental situation in the state is pretty dire at the moment and more people are relocating to the country towns because they can't find rentals in the city so finding somewhere is very difficult and I understand that. I don't mind helping someone out as long as they abide by the property simple rules such as not leaving gates open and not running the power down but I am taking your advice on board and will have a rethink. Is anyone else enrolled in their power company's flatbill plan? I signed up this summer and I figured that with crazy as everything is, it wouldn't hurt to have a consistent (if not higher bill) for the winter, which will help with my running Christmas lights and other decorations. Our heater is gas, but I look for floor heaters just in case, since we will be paying for it already.
Be certain you understand their terms. Our gas company's Budget plan gives estimated even payments but then 'settles up' at the end of the budget year. You are still paying actual costs, just spreading it evenly over the year with, perhaps, a balloon payment on your anniversary date.
Try the heated throws for warmth ,they're great and don't use as much power as an electric heater.
We used those years ago. All three of us are warm natured now, so hopefully it won't cost too much to keep us warm this winter.

First of all lets get one thing straight. When Clif High talks about Narradigm he is not just referring to the US corporation fraud. He is talking about every aspect of reality that has been subverted - like science, medicine, education, law etc.
That out of the way, what she is talking about is the "Law Narradigm" not Narradigm. Its important because the concept of Narradigm is powerful and needs to become part of people's consciousness. Its the best way to explain the matrix.
That said, individual pieces of narradigm might have errors, and thats the nature of narradigm because he is (and we are) trying to piece together reality from what is hidden from us.
Okay so coming to the errors in Narradigm of Law, I don't believe anyone can ever put their finger exactly when and how it happened. Even this lady hasn't given any proof but just her opinion as to when and how it happened.
Why?
Because it happened clandestinely. It happened in the minds of people than on a piece of paper. Whats on piece of paper is just used to justify what was instilled in the minds of people.
Since a Judge is never going to come outright and tell you that they are treating you like a chattel or that they are following admiralty law, its a moot point to say - which exact particular section in what Act is causing this Judge to act this way.
You will never find one clause in any document that says "Okay guys we are now going from a Republic to Corporation"
Unless someone can actually provide that kind of enlightenment, people should refrain from throwing shades on others and focus on the concept of corporation fraud and why we are the way we are.

There are other ways to pay zero or near zero tax, as well, using the provisions of the tax code itself. But those methods are much more complex and require a more in-depth understanding of certain legal issues. I have found that very few people on GAW are interested in such depth of these topics. Love to complain and theorize, but not so much understand complex legal topics
So, this is the simplest, most stright-forward strategy for most people.
There are lot of problems. First and foremost, you have to understand these concepts inside out because the judge will quiz you and try to confuse you. You need to know, for example, what the Trust is, who is the trustee, who is the administrator, and which one is you. You need to understand the minute differences between common law (law of the land), admiralty law (law of the water) and contract law (law of the air), and need to understand each jurisdiction, what it implies etc. If the judge realises you are not fully knowledgable, he will confuse you, and then will throw the book at you.
Okay, so thats when you get to the court. Even before that, IRS will hound you. They will break the law, they will get the sherriff to break the law, and you have to be cool with it, and be able to not get rattled.
Then, they will probably send everything they have after you. They will probably have agents trailing you and at the least mistake you make they come down heavy handed.
Remember, Bill Cooper was living a free man and even him, they killed him blatantly on his door step.
This is a fallacy. It only gives you relief from the theft known as taxes, but they dont need our taxes anymore with the way they are printing money. At this point, Taxes are just insults but they can just print more money when they need the budget.
