I think that's what OP is referring to. Let me flesh this out: Roberts is controlled-op Justice. Someone at SCOTUS leaked R v.W to try to pressure the majority on court to reverse course on the Dobbs case (Obviously, that did not work). Investigation into who leaked fell by the wayside so speculation is that Robert's COS is resigning so all us conspiracy theorists can point fingers at COS as leaker and Roberts can remain in place and the investigation will never find anything conclusive.
