You don't even have to run a DNA test, use either wrinkle mapping data (as above) or forensics audio software which can detect the difference between an actor, a recording, an ai voice, and the real person. Or if you have another objective way to prove he is not the same person, that will be fine too, but it needs to be credible, and not something easily explained away with natural or common rationale.
