Remember in ST:TNG when the Enterprise comes upon 2 planets in a system. One has a disease, the Phage and the other is trying to help them find a cure and is currently providing them with an inoculation to temporarily stop it ....... THEN......we find out the other planet is actually giving them an inoculation that causes withdrawal symptoms, ie. the phage or the actual problem, which forces them to take another inoculation. They basically created a planet of drug abusers and profited off their decline. Seem familiar?
Yes I sort of remember that one. I just started watching TNG again as haven’t watched it since a long time. Lots of themes come up in it that are familiar to our times. And of course one of the frenemies is Q.
Make it so, Number 1.
Isn’t today or yesterday Star Trek Day? :)

By frenemy I mean in some shows he is antagonist and some he actually helps the Enterprise in a weird way
Only you with your moniker (Based_in_Space) would get this. 😊
