Trump, speaking on the day of the attacks: "I said how could a plane, even a plane, even a 767 or a 747, or whatever it might've been... how could it possibly go through the steel? I happen to think that they had not only a plane, but they had bombs that exploded almost simultaneously, cuz I just can't imagine anything being able to go through that wall."

And Trump knows about tall buildings and their construction. That's an informed opinion, not just some rube's off-hand comment.
Kinetic energy. At the bottom of the towers, the steel was almost four inches thick, but, as the load tapers on the way up, the thickness of the steel required also tapers. At the 79th floor, where the first plane impacted the WTC, the steel was only 1/4" thick.
THE MORE YOU KNOW.
Maybe it was that lousy Chinese steel. Not that I discount bombs.
I got semi-shredded here for having the same doubts. There are a lot of different opinions on this event. I'm still on the fence about the planes.
Directed energy weapon
Sounds like he's speculating the same as everyone else. Never heard this before though, so thanks.
Of course he knew it. President Trump is very smart.
