I don't understand. If you read the letter from the deputy atty. general, it seems like they're asking PV to preserve records into their investigation of the Principal for discriminatory practices. I don't see anything here that threatens PV itself.

Let me 'splain it for you, Lucy. PV has confidential sources that put them on the trail of the Principal. By demanding that information from PV, their sources would get burned.
