If anything like this happened the mainstream media would be blasting it non-stop. It would be all that anyone was talking about on every network. Biden would have been on TV already barking about MAGA. No way this happened. 100% fake.
Well, that's a bit more convincing than a reddit post. The reddit post didn't say anything about mental illness. If this did actually happen they have the thorny problem of untangling the Q angle from the mental illness angle. I don't think the media wants anyone to take a real, actual look at anything Q-related, so they'll probably refrain from digging into this one too much. They also don't like digging into mental illness too much because it makes big Pharma nervous.
